90-Day Performance Guarantee
If the same diagnosed fault recurs within 90 days of the original repair, I return for re-inspection and remediation. The guarantee covers the fault path identified during the initial visit.
Fault Isolation
When I complete a repair, I verify the specific fault path: the exact breaker, the affected circuit, the failed component. If the same symptom reappears within 90 days, I return to re-test the isolated circuit. The guarantee covers the diagnosed fault.
Root-Cause Remediation
Every repair is executed as a root-cause correction, not a temporary workaround. Loose terminations are re-terminated. Damaged cables are replaced entirely, not spliced or patched. The work is done to standard so the fault does not recur under normal load.
Standard Compliance
All installations are measured against current Singapore electrical standards for HDB and condo premises, including proper cable sizing, insulation resistance, earth continuity, and mechanical protection. Compliance is verified before the circuit is re-energised.
